I have a few friends who are in the cell phone business. I was talking to one the other day about the google andriod phone. This phone is getting a lot of buzz on the internet. People are saying that an iphone competitor is here. I looked over some photos and vidoes of this new phone and i have to say that i am impressed. I wouldn’t exchange my iphone for this phone, but i would want to play around with it for a few hours. I think that completions makes things great for consumers. Right now, the iphone and RIM’s blackberry hold this market. But, if new companies come in, we will see better service at lower costs. We should see price drops on products and services.

I really hope that the google phone does well. From the look of the design, i think that they should do some major improvements. HTC is the manufacturer and i have to say that they like things functional. They need to hire some designers that understand that sexiness sells. They need to realize that people would rather have something that looks good as opposed to something that has a lot of functions.

People who have jobs as a code breaker or a job in cryptography, need to constantly develop new equations or code to encrypt signals. Most of us work with data, and a lot of that data can be quite sensitive. We do not want people to see our private data either. But, most of us do not have an exciting job. I like to pretend that every thing that i do is exciting. I try to imagine every little task i do as code breaking. When i design a new web site, i look at the simple code and try to break it down.

I am currently working on a new wordpress theme. The coding is not the difficult part for me. I can SEO the theme up to where it gets good formatting for search engines. The problem i have is with the design. I am a very technical guy, but i have trouble with design. I asked a friend to help me with the mock up. I will take the mock up and turn it into a working wordpress theme. So in a way, we are all code breakers. We take simple problems and find solutions for them.

Most of the info that we send and receive online have some sort of password protection. When we visit a banking site, we have to login using a secure server. We usually have a password that we choose during the setup of that account. I have talked to a lot of people about internet passwords. When you work online, you will start noticing that you have a lot of different logins and passwords. Some of my friends told me to use the same login and password. I do not think that this is a good idea. If for whatever reason, someone hacks your login and password, that means that all of your online accounts have been compromised. If you mix up your login and password info, then it becomes difficult to memorize all of them. It can get confusing.

I have a hard printed copy of most of my important login and password info. I have it locked away safely in my file cabinet. I also keep some passwords protected in a software program. The program i use encrypts my passwords and logins. I can then use a master login to access all of my data. This makes it really easy and secure to surf the web. I like doing this because i am protected while i work online. It is also convenient because i don’t have to keep punching in my info.

There are a lot of noobie bloggers who ask me questions about the web. Most of them want to know how to get into search engines like google. I tell them that it is very basic. The web is all about links. I tell them that they should gets links pointing to their blogs. If you get a lot of high authority links pointing to your website, you will start ranking high for search engines. SEO or search engine optimization is all about links. If you don’t believe me, do a search on google for any topic. Check the sites that show up on the first page of the search result. If you visit those sites, you will see that a lot of them are not very good in content. They show up on google search engines because google thinks that these sites are important. Google thinks these sites are important because they have a lot of backlinks.

When you start of your search engine optimization, be sure to get links. Just keep getting keyword relevant links. Make sure that you get the anchoring text for those links.

Working with computers all day long can make any one of us dependent on them. I think that computers are great and we need them in today’s society, but at the same time, human minds are much more complex. Our minds are super computers. The processes and complex structures of our minds is so much bigger and more powerful then computer processors. Even if intel or amd invents a new processor, our minds will still be a million times more complex. Our brain can send and receive multiple signals at light speed.

We are able to analyze so many different things at one time. A lot of our organs and sensory systems work on auto pilot. We constantly learn new things. We are able to store things in our short term memory and long term memory. We are creative. I think that out creativity is what sets us apart from these huge data machines. Our creativity is what separates us from super computers.

When we go out shopping, we don’t usually carry around large sums of cash. We make purchases with credit cards. We take out these plastic money symbols and swipe away. A lot of young people have trouble with their spending limits. That is one of the reasons why credit card companies try to give out free stuff for college students. They know that they can get away with charging these new kids with outrageous fees. At any rate, things are becoming digital. Money is turning into a digital thing. We do most of our banking transactions digitally.

I am in the process of moving into a new condo. The new condo has a laundry room that only accepts credit cards. I thought that was something that would be of interest to you guys. Instead of putting in quarters into these washing machines, we swipe a card. Isn’t it amazing. The world is turning digital right before our eyes.

Wired magazine is one of my favorite magazines. The magazine is geared toward people like me. In other words, the magazine is geared toward geeks that like flash tech toys. The magazine is for geeks to think they are cool. I am a computer and internet geek who considers himself to be very cool. It is no wonder i read wired magazine.

I have a subscription to this magazine. I think that the articles featured in this magazine are well written and entertaining. The most important thing about a magazine is to entertain. I don’t care if it’s time magazine, you still need to be entertained. If there is no entertainment value with the news, then it won’t get read.

When i talk about wall paper, i am not talking about the interior decorating kind. I am of course talking about desk top wall paper for your computer. If you have ever wanted to create you won wall paper, it is actually really easy to do. All you need is a image file that is really big. The image file needs to be high in resolution. You can take any photo with you camera and set it as your desk top wall paper.

I think that a lot of people don’t realize how easy this is. A lot of kids look for celebrity images to set as their wall paper. Don’t be one of those guys. Set up your computer to be more personal. Get your own high resolution image and use it as your wall paper.

A lot of people don’t understand how to use some of the most basic functions on their operating system. If you are using windows, you should spend some time and personalize your computer.

The online music download game has two main companies. It is actually one main and one that is trying to grow. Itunes is Apple’s monster music download hit. Itunes is able to dominate the market because they started early in the game. When mp3 technology came into being, Apple was able to introduce a cool mp3 player and launch a site that made it easy for people to download music legally. Being first is an important part of online success. But, you can’t rest on your laurels. Itunes has also implemented tv shows and movies to their collection. Even though the itv didn’t take off, a lot of tv shows are downloaded via itunes. The launch of their new apps store is sure to give Apple a big boost.

Rhapsody is a site that lets you download music to your computer. It is similar to itunes, but i don’t think it will make a lot of money. They don’t offer anything special. They don’t have a strong hardware brand that is supporting it. And, they were late to get into this game. Isn’t it amazing how data is uploaded and downloaded via the net? The internet is really amazing.

When you watch tv, you will see a lot of energy friendly ads by oil companies. The ads look like they were made to let consumers know that these energy companies care about the environment. I think that there is a conflict of interest when it come to the environment and oil companies. How can they be a company that cares about the environment when the money that they make comes from products that hurt the environment. When you see these types of ads on tv, don’t be fooled. You will see a lot of these types of ads from companies that do hard to your body and to the environment.

A lot of medical companies advertise drugs on tv. At the end of the commercial, they will list a lot of different side effects that seems a bit rough. Why would i want to feel nausea and headache just to get rid of my allergy? Why would i pay overpriced fees for a drug that could cause heart problems and stroke just to be more sexually active. This doesn’t make sense to me. These types of commercials should not work, but i guess they do. Consumers are not that bright.
